Yes, there are fees. It is a 15% commission from the final sale and any other applicable charges (e.g., you select DOTDAT to handle shipping and insurance) at the time of the transaction.
The fees are for the upkeep and improvement of the platform, marketing artists on the platform, and supporting in-real-life gallery exhibitions.
When a collector purchases your artwork, the total amount you receive will already have our fees subtracted. You’ll see a breakdown of the fees in your transaction history for full transparency. Please note that these fees are a standard part of using our platform to reach a broad audience of art collectors.
